Si en realidad queremos empezar a tener relaciones de pareja más conscientes, es muy importante comprender cuáles son nuestras heridas y las de nuestra pareja para comprender la dinámica que llevamos en la relación; de esta manera podremos identificar cuándo estamos actuando desde el dolor de nuestros niños heridos, y tendremos herramientas para gestionarlo.
Existen 5 heridas. Normalmente tenemos activas 3 de ellas, pero podemos incluso tener un poco de cada una.
A continuación las describiré brevemente, pero en los próximos post hablaremos en detalle de cada una.
Herida de Rechazo:
Una persona con esta herida sufre mucho en las relaciones de pareja cuando se siente rechazado, ignorado, comparado o descalificado.
Le duele mucho sentir que no es suficiente, y le cuesta ser amoroso y expresar lo que siente. Tiende a aislarse en las drogas, el alcohol, trabajando, en la música, el internet, etc.
Herida de abandono:
Es dependiente y establece relaciones donde necesita que la cuiden, le solucionen, la protejan y le digan lo que tiene que hacer. Le aterra la soledad y vive con miedo a ser abandonada, por lo cual le cuesta poner límites, decir lo que piensa y se vuelve sumisa para retener a su pareja.
Herida de humillación:
La persona que tiene esta herida creció y vive con un sentimiento de culpa y vergüenza permanente, ya sea por su físico, situación económica o algo que la hace sentir que no es digna, y que debe compensar algo para no sentirse avergonzada de sí mismo.
En sus relaciones suele ser la que cuida, le soluciona los problemas a los demás y es incondicional. Suele ser complaciente y atrae parejas que lo controlan.
Herida de traición:
Esto hace que pierdas la confianza en las personas y te conviertas en un controlador. Irradias una imagen de ser fuerte y tener todo bajo control, pero realmente lo que escondes es un miedo a ser traicionado de nuevo. Te aterra que te mientan y sientes que es algo que finalmente sucederá.
Herida de injusticia:
La persona con esta herida es un adulto perfeccionista, ordenado, que quiere ser justo y hacer siempre lo correcto.
En las relaciones es estructurado, poco espontáneo y necesita que todo sea siempre planeado. Suele atraer parejas que se victimizan para él estructurar sus vidas, o parejas igual de rígidas que las llevan a competir por la perfección.
Las heridas se forjaron en nuestra infancia, y moldean nuestra personalidad y la forma en que vemos el mundo.
Es indispensable conocer nuestras heridas. Todas tenemos experiencias donde nos sentimos solas, asustadas, vulnerables, y si no sanamos nuestra niña herida, será ella quien tome muchas de las decisiones importantes en nuestra vida, siempre desde el miedo y la inseguridad.
