Es la propia persona la que termina dándose cuenta, por sí misma, de ciertas cosas, o la que tiene determinada experiencia (seguramente prefijada en su plan de vida) que la lleva a hacerse preguntas o a percibir su entorno de un modo diferente.
Si te empeñas en imponerle al otro tus ideas holísticas, tus meditaciones, tus dietas milagrosas, tu visión cósmica o tu perspectiva espiritual del universo, lo más seguro es que se aleje de ti y te tome por una persona poco respetuosa (como mínimo).
Un cambio de conciencia no se impone: simplemente sucede. E igual que tú tuviste tus tiempos, el otro tiene los suyos. Y también son perfectos.
Si realmente deseas ayudar al otro a despertar, céntrate en ti y aumenta tu vibración y tu conciencia, liberando cualquier tipo de expectativa y siendo un ejemplo de aquello que deseas transmitir.
Ello repercutirá de algún modo en el otro, que a nivel inconsciente captará tu información y tu energía, pues todos estamos conectados. No necesitas hacer más.
Son tu energía y tu luz interior, tu sabiduría y tu comprensión, tus pensamientos y tus acciones, los que a la larga van a influir en los demás sin necesidad de que te esfuerces ni de que irrumpas descortésmente en su vida.
Permíteles ser lo que son mientras no deseen ser otra cosa. Recuerda que alguna vez tú fuiste como ellos.
